Vitamin D: Potent Immune Help!

I am a Fibromyalgia sufferer.  Vitamin D can reduce inflammation, pain, and has many other health benefits!

Vitamin D helps boost the immune system and that can help you combat sickness, such as the flu, this season.

**Optimum levels are 50-80ng/mL year round.  Since my lab says 30ng/mL is normal, please be aware that your supplement may not be enough.  5,000 IU/day is a normal, adult recommended daily dose.
